The trade in programme is applicable at the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom Debut Roadshow and selected OPPO Concept Stores at Klang Valley, from 17th June to 16th Aug!
Eligible Devices for Trade in (17th June – 16th August 2019)
The following devices can be traded in by a customer at a value specified by Ingram Micro subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below:-

All parts of the trade-in device are in good working conditions, including but not limited to the following:-

All parts of trade-in device are in good working conditions, SAVE AND EXCEPT the following conditions are allowed:-

• Camera Lens Crack but camera in working condition and can take clear picture/video

• LCD Screen in working condition but with Screen/Back Glass Cover with single Fine Line Crack only

Note: * All trade-in devices must fulfil the Criteria (as defined below) set out by Ingram Micro. Trade-In Value varies accordingly to the model and condition of the device.
Participating Outlets
The Campaign is available only to selected OPPO Concept Store as listed below
OPPO RENO Trade-In Programme Terms & Conditions:
Customers can trade in their old hand phones (“Devices”) at a value specified by Ingram Micro Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Ingram Micro”); and set-off that value to purchase a OPPO RENO within the same transaction at participating OPPO Concept Store starting from 17th June to 16th August 2019. Customer is entitled to one (1) time trade up for OPPO RENO when they trade in one (1) unit of eligible device.
Duration
The OPPO RENO Trade-Up Programme will run from 17th June 2019 till 16th August 2019 during operation hours of selected outlets (Malaysian time) (“Campaign Period”) at the Participating Outlets. Jie Business Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “OPPO”) shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in Malaysia, aged 18 years and above (as of 18th June 2019), except the employees (and their immediate families) of OPPO, their affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, retailers, advertising and Campaign agencies. In the event the consumer is below 18 years old, please seek consent from parent/guardian before participating in this Campaign. Participation by consumers under 18 years old will be deemed to be accompanied with consent by the parent/guardian.
The Customer must have obtained the device by legal means and is not trading in lost or stolen device. In the circumstances that it is shown that the device was stolen or was not obtained by legal means, Ingram Micro reserves the right to deliver the device and your personal details to the authorities.
You declare that you and/or your authorized dealers or outlets have good transferrable title to the device(s) or product(s) and the necessary licenses, permits, certifications, exemptions and/or registrations to resell the device(s) or product(s) or provide the device(s) or product(s)for resale to Ingram Micro.
When the device is registered on the Ingram Trade In portal, you are declaring that you are the legal owner or have good transferrable title. In the event that the device registered and sold to Ingram Micro was a stolen device, Ingram will not be responsible for the stolen device and will not compensate you or Appointed Dealer/Partner for the stolen device.
Voucher
The voucher issued by Ingram Micro has no cash value and is only redeemable for credit towards the new device purchased as listed in the voucher issued by Ingram Micro.
Voucher is valid for trade in and purchase of the new device purchased as listed in the voucher only on the same day (Voucher date). The customer may only use one voucher for a single purchase of one (1) new device. The customer may not use, accumulate or combine more than one voucher towards a single purchase of one (1) new device. .
In the event that you lose or destroy the voucher is lost, Ingram Micro will not re-print the voucher issued to you.
If the value of device traded in is higher than the new device, no cash will be refunded to customer.
Diagnostic Tools
Ingram Micro requires that the customer or the Appointed Dealer/Partner to download or install a Diagnostic App on the device to generate a report on the trade-in device’s eligibility criteria. You consent to the downloading or installing the Diagnostic App on your device and give permission to Ingram Micro and/or its appointed dealer or partner to
i. access the data on your device; and
ii. allow the App to change certain system settings (if necessary), which may include Bluetooth, body sensors, camera, location, microphone, phone and storage.
To complete the trade-in, Ingram Micro requires the customer or Appointed Dealer/Partner to register the device and transaction on Ingram Micro’s Trade In portal.
